I am so blessed by P & S plumbing Honolulu! I found a slow leak in my apartment. My maintenance man found the problem and called P & S Plumbing Honolulu. To my surprise they came the same day, and was an hour and fifteen minutes earlier than they promised! That was impressive to say the least! Aaron and Mike were professionals in every sense of the word! They were very kind and respectful! Twenty minutes later, they were done! Wow! And they cleaned up to! They are truly a BLESSING! I highly recommend them for ALL your plumbing needs! They will NOT disappoint! Thank you guys so much!!!! Not sure on my review was about the cost. My apartment building paid so I don’t know how much it cost.
My kitchen faucet suddenly died of old age on a Thursday, which made it impossible to use, and that night, I left a message at P&S Plumbing. There was no way I could get through the weekend without a functional kitchen sink and needed it replaced the next day. Bess the dispatcher returned my call bright and early. It was a horrendously busy day at the biz, and it took nearly half a day to confirm that a plumber would be able to make it to my home. But thanks to the vigilance of kindly Bess along with some good luck, Aaron and his assistant showed up -- early! -- and installed a shiny new faucet. What a relief. They were such nice people, and knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much, Aaron, for squeezing me in. To Bess: Your warmth and gentle humor really helped get me endure a stressful day. P&S Plumbing is so lucky to have you on staff -- you make a customer's first encounter with the biz a lovely experience. I'd call you folks for another job in a heartbeat.
Absolute lifesavers! Aaron, Mike, and Beth are the dream team. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I was in the middle of a total nightmare situation—a sewage backup on a Friday night—and was completely panicking. First, Beth on the dispatch line was an absolute angel. She didn't just schedule the appointment; she actually talked me down when I was stressed out and made sure help was on the way immediately. Then Aaron and Mike arrived, and they were incredible. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from the second they walked in. You can tell they work seamlessly as a team—they diagnosed the issue fast and got to work immediately. I was so impressed by how respectful they were of my home (they even took their shoes off). They fixed a major disaster quickly and efficiently. If you need a plumber who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about their customers, call them.

I called for an emergency leak and even though the price was more than I could do at the time, I still wanted to leave this review because Aaron was awesome. He was super helpful, took his time, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He didn’t pressure me at all and really just tried to help. He even met with me and helped me figure out what parts I needed so I could take care of it myself. I was stressed out and he made the situation way easier. I'm so happy with my P&S Plumbing services. I'm not one to normally submit a review, but truly felt the need to give a shout out for such excellent service. Aaron C. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to details to better assess the situation. He finds the best resolution and his response to an emergency bathroom flood/leak was quick and efficient. Aaron is definitely a huge asset to the company. My siblings are both construction company owners and I'll definitely be sharing my wonderful experience with them for future recommendations. Had a emergency repair needed on a Saturday. Phone service was friendly and helpful. Aaron got here quickly and did great work. Very good experience with him and the company as a whole. The price was a bit shocking, but considering this was weekend rates, not much can be done about it. Highly recommend.

Passive solar water heater was leaking. Contacted 3 plumbing companies. P&S was the first to return by call. Aaron and Mikey did an in person inspection the next day. They were very thorough taking pictures and explaining what they were looking for. They got an estimate to me promptly. One of the other companies called back and said there was a charge to do the estimate but it would go toward the bill if we used them. The other company said they did not do passive solar systems. Called two more companies. One came to the house and took pictures. The other had me send pictures to them. I felt the company that came to the house did not do a thorough evaluation of our system. The other company sent an estimate without coming to the house. Decided on P&S because their estimate was very reasonable. Gary (the owner), Aaron and Mikey came up on the schedule date. Did all the work, cleaned up everything, went over the system with me and gave me tips on regular maintenance of the system. I felt their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing projects I have.

Aaron from P&S Plumbing came and fixed my emergency plumbing problem, a detached main sewer lateral that's on a hill. He was efficient and fixed the problem within the hour before my renters came home from work. Considering it was an emergency job, the fee was very reasonable. Thank you Aaron and P&S Plumbing.

FIXED what no other plumber was able to fix!!! After getting stood up by another company I finally got referred to Aaron and Mikey. THANK GOD! I was so tired of taking cold showers and nobody could fix it. They got in here, took a look at my water heater identified the issue, got the part and diligently got the hot water up and running. Mikey came out and helped my parents with a backed up toilet and shower in my childhood home. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and went the extra mile to replace an older part of one of the toilets for free so it wouldn't break after his inspection. I really appreciate the level of care he put into this emergency call and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Aaron and his co-plumber did an excellent job. What’s important to me was they were straight up and did what was.necessary to address the problem and no more! All servicing cost were upfront depending on the problem encountered. They were very professional, polite and tidy. With any repair service You need to be able to trust that you are not being charged for repairs that aren’t necessary, unlike another popular plumming company I got a quote from prior. P&S will be the plumbers I use going forward after today’s experience.

We had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening on a weekend. Two other plumbers cancelled after confirming the appointment. I took a chance and called P&S plumbing. Aaron showed up shortly after and fixed the problem. He was professional and very capable. We will definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

Big mahalos to Aaron for helping our family out with an ongoing issue we were having with our kitchen sink. We live in a townhome where our plumbing is connected to three other units and our sink kept getting backed up every other week. We contacted our landlord & resident manager who immediately connected with P & S Plumbing. Despite the horrible weather and it being the holiday season, Aaron showed up at our door within the hour and was able to help us resolve the drainage problem! 10/10 recommend! I have never in my life had a service that exceeded my expectations more than tonight. I had an emergency leak flooding my apartment with no clear source. After calling the P&S past their regular work hours, Aaron was on the scene within an hour. He went above and beyond with his service and professionalism. Erin and Mikey did such a great job fixing my toilet. They were really kind, easy to talk to, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I had water leaking through the ceiling on my main floor, which turned out to be coming from my upstairs toilet. I called P & S Plumbing and they sent Aaron and Mikey to assess and fix the issue. From start to finish, they were outstanding. They notified me before arriving, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the problem, and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a clog in the piping. Aaron and Mikey made the necessary repairs and were very careful in my home — they laid down a tarp to protect my flooring and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were also completely upfront about the total cost, with no surprises. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Aaron took care of the plumbing at my house when the mainline was backed up. He was very pleasant to work with and got to my house in about 30 minutes on an emergency call at 3pm on a Sunday. I was informed of the cost before the work began and once he began he took care of the work quickly and cleanly.
Aaron was such a good help. Had a huge backup at our shop in Ala Moana. Aaron was able to get on premises within 45 minutes and made sure to get the job complete. Always kept a level of professionalism throughout the entire situation. Also trying out different things until he was able to solve our issue. Great work and cleaned the area after. Would go with them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Why does it always happen? When you need a plumber one is never available? Well, look no further! P&S plumbing to the rescue! I was looking for same day service because I had a backup on the main pipe abs needed it unclogged. I waited a little while for Aaron to show up but really nice guys and great fast service! I almost never write reviews because service rarely meets my expectations-But today it not only met, but absolutely exceeded all expectations! I called P&S Plumbing to install a new gas range and from the first call with Beth, I was impressed. She was kind, professional, and helpful so I booked right away and I’m so glad I did. Aaron arrived the next day, on a Saturday and on time, He was incredibly personable, professional, and efficient. He was direct, honest, and even made me laugh! He went above and beyond-helping move my old stove to the curb (not even part of the job) And working efficiently so I wouldn’t be charged extra time. He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t- True integrity! Also, delivery company failed to leave the gas hook up kit I purchased, and Aaron had the foresight to pick up a gas hook up kit on his way to my place even though I had informed him that I had purchased one! If he hadn’t, I would’ve had to reschedule! Customer service, work ethic, honesty, and superior craftsmanship are alive and well at P&S plumbing thanks to Aaron and Beth! I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely call them again. Highly recommend.-Look no further!

Aaron and Mikey, Were great. They did a beautiful job installing everything. They come to my house to install the sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the products that they were installing. My dishwasher didn’t come with Brackets to install it to the countertop. Mikey went out of his way and looked up the product that I needed to order. So i knew what it was. I thought that was very thoughtful 😃.
I called P&S Plumbing for an outside shut-off valve and pressure valve issue and was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. They also installed new water hose spigots. The receptionist, Charlene, called back immediately and was extremely helpful and professional. The technicians, Aaron and Mikey, arrived quickly, explained everything in plain terms, and fixed the problem within an hour. Mike friendly and efficient. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. I appreciate the care he took to ask questions and to clean up the area. We thought it was a valve leak but it turned out to be a seal problem.

My renter called me tonight at 10:30p, panicked, because his unit had a leak in the wall behind the water heater, and water was spilling out into the hallway. Spent the next 45 minutes calling 6, 7 different plumbing companies, all which supposedly had 24/7 repair service. P&S Plumbing was the ONLY one who was ultra responsive and actually had someone out who could come out—not tomorrow, not Monday, but TONIGHT! By 12 midnight, Aaron was checking the issue…and within 45 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, even went up to talk to the two units above to find the culprit of the leak…and then called to explain to me what happened. My renter and I are BEYOND grateful! Mahalo to Aaron for his prompt and professional service…and to Gary (and Carla?) who took our initial calls and reassured us that they would have someone over in a few minutes! You guys rock!
P&S Plumbing came out to fix the shower drain in my high-rise condominium. The work had to be done from the unit below. The technicians were fast, perfessional, and left my neighbor's unit they way they found it. Highly recommended.
I have dealt with this company on the B.I. WOW, talk about Quality Service at a Fair Price. They also use great products. My angle stops haven't been touched in 3 years after they installed a bunch. When I tried to turn the bathroom faucet ones off, it was like closing a faucet. Very smooth. I have changed these things out a lot as they were always getting stuck open but these don't seem to get stuck.
P & S Plumbing LLC workers Aaron & Mike were an awesome team ,they both were very nice and respectful and they were prompt and arrived on time also they were very honest in explaining to me what needed to be done in order to fix the clog in the bathroom’s main line.They had unclogged the main line pipes and had explained that due to the roots and rocks the sewer line pipes needed to be changed or it would only be a continuous problem with the clogged pipes, they had snaked the main lines and had returned to change the sewer lines outside the house that was underground. I couldn’t have been more blessed than to have made the decision to call P & S Plumbing because they were a godsend in helping me to fix the plumbing problem in my home.I truly recommend that if you have a plumbing problem P & S Plumbing LLC is the best company to consider! Also I needed a spigot put on a pipe so that I could connect a water hose and all I had to do was ask Aaron and he did it for me with no hesitation that is an example of how awesome they are! Aaron and Mike of P & S Plumbing LLC had fixed the clog in the main line and they had also put in a new sewer line! They were very efficient with the work that was done and they were really nice, I highly recommend them if you are looking for help with your plumbing problems! P&S does an Amazing Job!! I’ve used them on a couple of occasions since having a major water leak in my home that caused significant damage. My plumber was on time, professional, friendly and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Taking the time to answer ALL of my questions about the situation and our plumbing system, he skillfully replaced our laundry feeder valves as requested which were old, frozen, and faulty. Additionally though threaded, were soldered in making a simple valve replacement job much more complicated. He explained the problem, offered options, and went to work in a timely fashion, minimizing damage, getting the job done as agreed! Very satisfied! Excellent work!
I was a little panicked today, Christmas Eve, when I got a call from our resident manager in Kona that there was a pipe from the condo running water under the lanai. He suggested I call P & S plumbing. Aaron was dispatched within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time at a reasonable price. After contacting a couple of different companies who were booked i was referred to this company. Jeffrey answered right away and was able to get me serviced for an after hour emergency. First I want to say Jeffery was very attentive to my issues and made sure I was able to get someone out right away (I had a building with no water) within 45 min he had a crew (aaron and kanai?) Come out. Within an hour and half water was up and running. Both of them were great, had an excellent sense of humor and kept me informed every step of the way. I normally don't have the best experience with technicians for after hour emergencies but these two were easy to go along with. I'll definitely be going with them for any future needs I have for my property
I had a problem with the water pressure coming into my house. I called P&S Plumbing in Kona and they scheduled me right away. Aaron was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do to get the water pressure right. He replaced the regulator and now pressure is all good. I have used P&S Plumbing 6 times now. They have installed an outdoor shower for me, fixed numerous toilets for me at various properties, and repaired my sewer line in an emergency. I would not use anyone else! They have been very professional. They send out employees that know their job. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always get a very fair price! They sure take the stress off plumbing issues!
Well, I definitely had a situation. I heard a slow drip sound near the single handle shower faucet. At first, I didn’t see any water or drips in the tub, but still heard a dripping sound. I opened up the round back plate to the diverter valve and seen a slow drip coming from the small copper piece to the brass diverter. I immediately called P&S Plumbing and spoke with “Gary” and he was SUPER Helpful, explaining to me that he exactly knew the problem and he fixes these a lot, due to the older design. He then told me to call the office to schedule something as soon as possible. I then spoke with “Jeff” who took down all my information and stated he can have plumbers come out the next day to get the leak fixed. I was over the moon! Plumbers, “Corey” and “Kawika” came out and replaced the old 4 way diverter valve with a new one in just about an hour tops! Nowww…No Leaks Whatsoever! ”Corey & Kawika” did an OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, TOP NOTCH Job! P&S Plumbing comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Don’t hesitate to call them with any of your plumbing needs!!! Imagine the horror when your fire hydrant fails at 1am and the resultant back pressure blows every single main water line to half your property. Water starts boiling out of the ground everywhere and you quickly go into a bit of panic mode. I got hold of Gary, the owner at P&S Plumbing, sent him a few vidoes and pictures and by 3 am he had a crew together at my property in Kona and promptly started fixing the issues. By 6am he had more crew from Hilo, and they were at my property for 4 full days!!! They never let up.....they never complained.....they just got on with the job. It is obvious there is a lot of mutual respect between Gary and his team. They are extremely skilled at what they do and with a healthy dose of good humoured banter every team member knows instinctively what their roles are. Thank you Gary and everybody that was involved in fixing this major failure event. Don't waste your time calling anybody else. Call Gary at P&S Plumbing. I know I will.

I have managed 3 large retail shopping centers on the Big Island and have used P&S Plumbing exclusively for over 5 years. The relationship started on Christmas day 2019 when we had a major pipe break in one of the centers. I called P&S Plumbing and the owner was on site in less than 30 minutes and fixed the break. They have always been dependable and fair. I will always use P&S Plumbing for both personal and commercial plumbing needs.
I have worked with Gary and P&S plumbing since they opened their doors. I manage a large commercial property in Kailua-Kona and this is the only plumbing company I use. From large scale cast iron replacement and coatings, full water main and back flow preventer replacement to any small plumbing job. These guys are the best around.

We had a gasket failure between the toilet tank and the bowl in our rental, resulting in a leak. P & S came out quickly and took care of it. Could have made a quick fix to save time, but Corey made sure it was done right even though it meant an extra trip for supplies.
The only plumbers we will use. Time and time again Gary and his crew come through for us. We run a 128 unit affordable housing complex in Kailua-Kona. The housing project is approx. 50 years old so plumbing issues are constant. Gary and the team just worked though the night to fix a collapsed sewer-line that affected 20 of our units. Luckily our tenants were only out of water for one night due to the tenacity of their work ethic. Don't search around for another plumber, just call these guys.

Exceptional. From the call to scheduling, to the professionals that came out for my job. In the beginning stages of a remodel, we were tracking early and needed the plumber ‘now’. They fit us in and had 2 kind, competent plumbers at my door the next morning. Their reroute of my shower looks beautiful and solid. They listened to what I wanted and jumped right to work. Hours later, our remodel is back on track. This kind of prompt response is above typical and I am grateful for this company. Price fits in the range, and materials used are up to date quality. My family and I are so grateful for Gary Taylor and his crew. Great bunch of guys who knows what they're doing. I just bought a pre-owned home in Hawaiian homestead moved in about a week then drains start backing up. The house sat vacant for years. Called P n S plumbing. Had to make a makeshift shower n toilet. Wash dishes outside with a hose. Still blessed like we were camping. What we thought would be a easy fix turned out to be an expensive fix. Main sewer pipe cracked filled with rocks. Excavation was required. They did a great job in the end. When it was time to talk money, this man with a big heart had donated his time and money.
